Back from Kenya!

So, I'm already back from my very short vacations in Kenya! Just one week is not enough to see this wonderful and colourful country, but I could not stay more, maybe next time!
I think October is a good period to visit Kenya, the weather is nice, quite hot but windy, and no rain!
We were in Watamu on the coast, at the mignificent Garoda Resort, an angle of heaven!


During the week we had also the opportunity to make a safari, at the Tsavo East National Park and finally we have seen lions!!! (Thanks for the pic to Benedetta)


And of course a lot of other animals; the landscape of this park is a little bit different from the Kruger national Park in South Africa, the ground for example is totally red.
In the Tsavo East we slept at Asnihl Tented Camp and we've seen a wonderful sunrise from our tent...


We have also visited a Maasai's village; Maasai are an athnic group of semi-nomadic people located in Kenya and northern Tanzania; they are among the most well known of African ethnic groups.
