I needed a day off, so I went with my friend Benedetta at Armonia Festival, dedicated to holistic wellness. The Festival was placed in the Castle of Belgioioso, a small village not very far from Pavia.
The Castle is from the XIV century, and at the moment is empty so is sometimes used for festivals or other things.
We had great time because inside the castele, in every rooms was possible to try a lot of kinds of massages like Shiatsu or massage with hot stones, and other holistic stuff! So we were very relaed when went away from there!
